Video webp thumbnails should be fixed now. For new ones at least. Old ones Im gonna reset and system will fix them itself.

@Anxiousexy seems like it's a problem with the webp encoding of the thumbnails not being generated properly so the links to these are broken.@Operator

@Anxiousexy I don't even get any thumbnails on the main page, only the text. I have to click on "latest" to even see any images. It might be something to do with my browser though since if I switch it works. Annoying. It's partly why I quit answering

is this happening to anyone? Issue with vids/embedding

The auto follow was not the issue, there was an ajax response error in posting. So this is fixed now, so the double posts and auto follow should be fixed automatically.

Hi there, I'm new to the community and actually joined because of a GIF I found. The problem is, the gifs resolution is quite small and as such I can't post it, also since I'm a new member I can't enlarge it and post the picture as a file. Please help.

@psycho1899 look at the newest questions: 0 follow because they’re missing OP auto follow. This means that it’s not completely fixed

Auto follow has been fixed for users posting answers/comments but is not working for new posts.

@Anxiousexy the auto follow bug has been fixed (see Operators post six down). It's been working for me no problem since then so I don't think that's the issue. Newbies just being newbies or the one-and-dones are my guesses. I agree with@NinNin and you though, super annoying, and it needs to be addressed/enforced. Flagging is a good option for now.

My take on that :
There’s a glitch with auto-following posts, and new questions don’t show up in users’ activity feed, so they think the question hasn’t been submitted (they can’t see in the “activity” or following list either).
Ok but what can we do?
——> flag the question>needs to be removed>spam
Maybe make a comment so more people notice and do the same

Important: always flag the newest questions and leave the old ones, check in users’ question feed which are listed by date(newest)

I don't know why there's been so much double and triple posting recently (@Operator ??) but users commenting "no double posts" on practically every instance of it has not proved to be a deterrent and seems pointless until it is enforced.
