- Tag pages have a dynamic sort order, its not a bug, its a feature. Order option buttons coming.
- Related by tag section removed from post view.

- All GIF thumbnails were darker [FIXED]
- GIF upload doesnt work [FIXED]
- Emails to gmail doesnt come trough [FIXED]

@Operator For me, only the option to edit the post appears. I’ve seen other users with the same issue. It’s good that posts don’t take up much space, but if there are millions of posts to be deleted, it could become a problem—not to mention the clutter.
Since we’re on the topic of posts, I wanted to ask why I can’t reply to this one?
I’m not sure if it was already like this before the server migration, but probably not (I think).

@LonelyCurious13 Post deleting is possible, but NTP with its 11 years has setup very complex algorithms to avoid spammers. There for it has visible and hidden limiting. It could be, that whatever users are trying to delete is limited.
You see, if you create a post, then you use double account to answer it and then quickly delete it, then you can gain points like that. Ofc we can see it all, which is funny, that users think we cant. But I can see a Added / Deleted events in the profile. And then surprised pikachu face, when they get suspended.
And posts themselves does not really take space. But it is good for the index in general to delete them. But you have enough level, there are no replies. Dont you see the button or is there a backend error blocking it?

Thank you for responding. I now understand the reason for the removal. I hope everything goes well and that you find a way to bring back this algorithm without overloading the server. One suggestion I can give is to add an option to delete posts, as this would free up space for new ones. There are many posts that users themselves want to delete, but there’s no option for that. Ok, good arguments. But my argument is, that it crashed the site many times? :D
Of course, we can figure something out. This why these conversations are very good and we are super open to those.
We have been working on something for over a month, maybe that will be even more useful. Give me couple of more days, we are trying to stabilize it enough to launch it. And then you can look at it.. if that replaces that features and gives you even more, then related posts are history. If not, I will use cache to solve it.
But yeah, would be interesting to see if others think the same way. So you if you guys can find support for that feature, i could put it back with fallbacks regardless of the new feature release.

@Operator This feature was very useful for finding new posts. The problem with the "Other Unsolved Questions" option is that it only shows old posts that haven't been solved yet. The removed feature displayed 9 related posts based on tags. I’ve discovered great posts thanks to that algorithm, and now it will be harder to find new ones. I hope it returns someday if it doesn’t cause issues for you.

Currently, all loggedin users are beta testers. I will start moving functions over from jquery to vanilla javascript. Does anyone spot that something is off?

@LonelyCurious13 I removed the feature, as the cost vs benefit did not make sense.
All posts before the server crash had suggestions with tags. Only the posts with no tags were recommended as "Other unsolved questions". Now, the post recommendations only show the "Other unsolved questions" option.
Hello tags are broken, clicking on them gets you to a message "While it appears, this is a valid tag, we couldn't match any posts to it" same for the names "This pornstars exists without any posts linked to her name" they were working a couple hours ago.

@RB29 There is something going on with tags, but it was one of the latest updates, to bring more interesting content up front. And we were about to add filtering. But anyhow thanks report, I will see if it syncs out.

Going to a tag's page doesn't sort correctly, some older posts will surface above brand new ones
Gif not playing when mouse over it and in the post shows error for the new post, old ones works fine
