I'm dying to find the source of this GIF! Help?

Even a Google Lens search has proven fruitless. Anybody have any guesses? It's a darker brunette girl, possibly Asian, and we see her from behind giving a man at a desk a handjob. She's clearly his employee, a secretary, maybe. The man is older looking, kinda dark grey hair, racially ambiguous.
