Feature request: render own NTP webp images in answers.

On a regular basis, for videolinks where the source has expired, the cached thumbs are still displayed on the overview page.
Would it be possible to enable .webp image rendering in answers to make it easier for others to confirm an answer?
That way we can simply paste the NTP Image Source back into the post.

@CorbMC It makes sense that most NTP-trusted sites are some kind of store (either an authorized reseller/distributor of the content or the rights holders themselves) , making them a much more reliable source of information than tube sites where anyone can upload anything and describe it however they want.

@mensverket What do you mean by approved site? Are you asking why eporner links in NTP answers aren't green (trusted)?

@USBeefstick on the contrary even I'd say. But I have no inkling how NTP keeps the lights on. Allot of the trusted link sites are stores.

@CorbMC Even if they don't accept it anymore, XNXX still has a lot of unverified content, and their community-based tagging system has few if any safeguards against misidentifying performers. The site admins may respond promptly to takedown requests, but that doesn't make XNXX a reliable source of proof for solving NTP questions.

@USBeefstick I think we can assume that whatever rules the CC banks force onto pornhub, their other sites will have to do the same. Only a few owners to the top porn tubes.

@WankerBarone69 Yes, only posts without replies are shown in the Big Points section. However, given the large number of posts in the pool, even those without replies have a very low chance of appearing there.

I can't download an image from sites that are allowed. What's the problem?

A number of noob questions that I didn't see in the FAQ (or I missed).

How do I edit one of my own answers? For example, I haven't correctly bracketed a pornstar or movie, or I found a better movie.

I identified her. She is not a common star. She is not in the tagged list of pornstars. Should I bracket the name anyway? I could not find a site that has the exact video but I found a video that showed better proof it was the right star. Can/should I edit the original post? I made another answer post.

Should I list the name of the movie I am referencing even if it isn't the right movie?

In this case the original poster was only asking the name. Should I post a site that has more of her original movies as info for the original poster.

In this case the pic has an onlyfans watermark. I don't plan to subscribe to get proof of the actual video. Can I get credit for providing proof without the specific video?

Are points awarded for anything other than solves? At what level can I post videos instead of links to videos?
