Answeredhi@Don , regarding post #2252561 by@CorbMC and your reply #2252721 , I agree with@CorbMC that webp rendering should be implemented. many sites are moving towards the use of webp, such as page redirect jpg to webp if they detect your browser supports webp, and some sites even remove jpg files and only use webp files. one example is aventertainments. try renaming the following files to jpg and you cannot get anything.

Just guessing but it works fine 75% of the time but then I get this message about 25% of the time.

I can deal with it by deleting the "https://redir.me/?" ar the beginning of the URL but that is annoying and I generally find other things to do after a while.

Another suggestion, create a notification to the OP when someone has posted a solution to a post. If an OP knows their post has been solved there is no need for the solver to add it to the confirm thread.
There is a notification when a post has been formally solved but that has to go through the confirm process first.
As an example, I have found some answers for older posts of@FOOTLOVERXXL that have not been accepted. As he is active on the site, I assume he does not know that I have posted a solution.

I share your concern. The site has a numbers problem. Assume a given post needs 3 confirms you would need 4.5 million confirms for 1.5 million posts.
A quick look at the profiles in the top 15 shows that all but 1 has many more confirms than posts.
I try to confirm at least as many as I answer. As I write this I realize that is not enough.
I think there should be an etiquette section in the noob guide that explains how to be a good citizen. Surely there will be some who don't care but many will.
Among my thoughts
1. Explain why people should confirm more than they answer.
2. Explain why searching for influencers, random hotties is a waste of time. A reward for quickly noting non pornstars before they have huge rewards for solving. Perhaps a small penalty for asking the name of a non pornstar.
3. Explain how many confirms are needed for a given answer. If only 2 confirms are needed anything over that us waste.
4. A way to show how many confirms are needed.
I don't know much of this is feasible.

@Sima1234 Images have to be posted as links. Either pick up an image link from an existing site, (easy) or upload your own to an image host (bit more work)

The only thing is that if you choose 'Comment' instead of Answer, the image wont show and remain as link. NP, users can just follow the link to view the image.

A year ago imwfq answered the question asked. Where can I find this video? Did he have to find the names of the actors to be confirmed? If I run across an answer like that
He later put the names in a comment. Obviously, he didn't format that correctly. The current confirm doesn't really give any new information.
I seems to me that rewards should be skewed to getting the right answer rather than being able to build out the database. Just answering the question is often easier than providing all the details.
I thought of confirming the original answer but there is that warning to make sure it is formatted correctly. You might get more confirms if you didn't have to check every detail.
