When I try to upload a picture, it just says "Loading, hold on..." at the top of the page for a few minutes, and then nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

Free versions are available in most cases now - that's why this should be considered the standard for all answers. A partial video of several minutes that's not a preview or trailer is acceptable unless the full version is specified.
The decision to overturn an old answer without a free version is up to the discretion of the moderator. It's not a priority for moderators to deal with old answers that lack free versions of videos.

I completely agree with Satanismo on creating a section for Bi-sexual preference on ntp. seems to be some Bi-sexual posts popping up lately and making Straight preference more likely with Bi-sexual posts.
