That was planned from the start, but had some issues to it. It is still planned for the next build of NTP systems. Which is planned to be started in this year, but not sure when we will release it.
Then again, there is a possibility, we might add something like it before, to test the usability out.
Also a note. Following system auto follows now anything you comment, we globally set the defaults on those settings for everybody. So basically, if you read this, check out your settings, and redo, whatever custom settings on followings, favorites and notifications you had.
So we will keep working on the notifications, hopefully we will get the natural accept ratio little higher.

So notifications are sort of working now.
Some of the features:
- It merges notifications, that are similar, like comments in the quick view.
- If you click on the notification and see the post, it will mark it as seen it
- "Seen it" notifications, will be deleted after 3 days after you have "seen them"
- If you cause the notification, then notification wont be saved. Means, that you comment on your followed post, it wont register as a notification.
- If there is a "not seen" notification, it will show a small bullhorn in top right corner of the site.
Tomorrow, I will add some of the auto-following features and hopefully email patch notifications, if you have been away for too long. Also, notifications for anon's posts, if they get new replies.

Only "video viewer" aka. player you need on this site ever, is flash player. If any sites asks you to install a different player, then our policy would be to strongly be cautious about it.
Recently flash player has had a lot of security holes, so they have started patching it almost daily. So make sure you have the latest flash player from:

Also, there is alot of different ad-blockers out there, that do all different things. We have studied them, so I can say, that some ad blockers may block out adult video providers.
Also, it may be, that simply your specific video is dead or embedy.me, a embedding service, we use, has issues.
If updating to latest flash player didn't help. Of course make sure that you have fairly latest browser build.. Then the issue must be not localized. If you can, gives a example link on this site, where you are having an issue, maybe it its the link problem. However, still update your flash player, never hurts.
NB! If flash player is out of date, it should give you security warning and you can still activate the player. So totally grey screen might be something else. However, our sites grey background should also have a image, that says, that the media content will be loaded here..

Why when a video is embedded am I just getting a blank dark grey screen. This issue just started recently. Do I need to install a different video viewer?

Since moderators have to fix so many incorrect formatting. Then I put a small script between it. If an URL is detected between the tags, you cannot submit. So.. Hopefully this will make our moderation faster :)

Reading this thread actually sparks a topic that I think should be covered: replying to comments such that one can tell which comments are about the post itself, and which are about another user's comment (like how on facebook, the post, a comment on the post, and a reply to the comment on the post are all differentiated.
A simple indent and reformatting should eliminate some confusion.

No big deal, but I have written a custom algorithm for image fingerprinting. I wont go into details. Anyways, try it out. Put a image URL into search field and it should find similar fingerprints.
Our image search wont give you perfect matches, as we wish it to go into deeper. So basically, the correct answers should be in front, but anything can happen.. Let me know, how it works :)

Don't worry about that Tortilla. These things happen. Its actually a good thing. Because we are planning on coming out of BETA this year. And doing so, rewriting the systems core. And these little glitches are good, so we can learn from them and make our system so, it would prevent or fix it automatically.. So take it as, that you all are our BETA testers, and we are very happy that you guys figure these things out :)
About the guys who make their posts and answer them. Either they are testing our system or trying to spam. But we have a very funny and unnoticeable spam-prevention, so this is what happens. This also will be something, we will look into in the new system.

When I answered this question something went wrong.
The text in one of the links that I added in it, included square brackets, so part of the link was marked as a Pornstar Name. I realized this when I entered on the Pornstars Directory Menu http://namethatporn.com/pornstars.html and saw 2006. I deleted that link because there was some others for the same purpose, but 2006 still appears as a Pornstar Name so I wanted to notify this so someone can fix it, and maybe some others that are misspelled or duplicated.
When I answered this question something went wrong.

At least in this Christmas I saw it most clear. In one question, posted by a anon whit here name automatically generated, there is an answer by other anon but with a normal name. And this was repeated several times, once in a while the name chaged or something but, maybe because the few answers marked as correct in that moment I saw it and it surprised me a lot. Why someone would stay here posting questions and answering them?

Icons to unfavourite and/or unfollow posts in the following and favourited sections of one's profile to save time opening the post and doing so manually.
Also, an option to automatically follow your own posts when you create them would be great!
Other than that I think it's a great addition especially how you can see when the question is answered.
