UPDATE

The accept and confirm system got redone. Accepting and confirms both should be much faster events from now on.

Bugs:
- Points showing wrongly in posts and when accepted fixed.
- Better event label logics and various bug fixes.

Features:
- If answer needs editing and cannot be accepted, you cannot confirm it until its fixed from now on.
- You don't get no more notifications, if your confirm was accepted or unaccepted, you can see that from your profile in the activity aka events log.
- If correct answer is rolled back, the user will lose those points. There for accepting and unaccepting answers to cheat points, doesn't work anymore and will automatically ban you :)

Important part: Confirms are stored way differently from now on. And we can keep very nice track on who is a good confirmers and who is not. This means "confirmation ratios" as variables. Which we can use to automatically accept answers, where good confirmers have confirmed it.
This also was an important todo item for the review panel.

Glitches may appear, please let us know if there are any problems accepting, unaccepting, moderating or confirming.

so, its suggestion time to basically take as much as unnecessary stuff out. So, notifications in regards of your confirm being helpful is not needed?

Right now the accepting and confirming system is being rewritten, so in regards to that.. what are you suggestions on removing functions?

Yes, that's very annoying and happens to me all the time, but there's a simple fix:

1. Save the GIF as a video

2. Play the video and take a screenshot of it

3. Upload the pic to twitter or someplace

4. Post that pic's link on NTP

The notifications are a mess

For the past 2 days, I kept being notified that I had an "item to view", but every time I selected "click here to view", it would say "no notifications", so it's clearly broken. But even when it's working right, it's still not working well. Why aren't we able to choose which items we get notified for? Because I don't know why anyone in their right mind would choose to be notified every time an answer they confirmed got marked as correct. If you confirm a lot of answers, then 99% of your notifications would be just that, and I frankly don't care. The only notifications I want to have is when someone messages me, when someone sends me a friend request, when an answer I posted is not accepted, and when a post I'm following gets a new comment. That's it, and we should be able to choose that in our settings in the future if we desire it.

You know when the title of the question is "Find Video", it means "Find/See Video" i.e. a link to the actual video & not just the info about it.
I intentionally didn't mark it as correct because there were already previous threads containing the info. I wanted the video.

The minimum amount of points I'm aware of is 25, so why did this happen?
I noted a similar bug about a week ago, when I got only 21 points for an answer of 9 days ago in a post dated 29 days

While in posts dated less than a day I got 25 full points, how is this possible? Doesn't make any sense!

I'd like to make a suggestion
A way to add pic of NTP questions visible on User's profile
This is only for NTP links but it gets things more easier if this could also be applied to the questions/answers section.
I'd also like to note that the following/favourite posts current view mode is very annoying: to get to first added we need to compulsively click on "show more" at the bottom of the page. I feel it gets better if a similar thing that's on thread viewing page is made. Scrolling through pages gets faster and we could easily get to last page or skip 5 and more pages in a row...

Is there a way to recover notifications?
I accidentally clicked on view all notifications button without being able to actually view the 60+ notifications that were waiting for me more than a month.
Are they all lost?

And now after 2-3 emails of "delete my account bitches" and then asking us to do extra effort to save the account, its banned. I hope this doesn't leave any questions open.
