We actually had auto-confirming enabled at one point. With an automatic system that calculated the weight of the confirms by levels.
For example the total confirm weight had to be 100 levels for the answer to be marked correct, so either 2 confirms by level 50+ users or 20 confirms from level 5+ users. (And everything in between)
We had high hopes for that, but unfortunately it opened a whole can of worms, mainly spammers gaming the system, untagged/low quality answers getting marked as correct, people exchanging confirms without checking the validity of the answer and so on... So eventually we had to disable the feature.
We need to figure out a way to give that privilege to people with a proven track record of good confirms.

I have between 70-80 answered questions open right now. Atleast 60 of them already confirmed but still open. I don't think this is an active site anymore. I stopped answering questions because so far it's been a waste of time. Specially those older posts that I already solved for nothing.

I've been posting an answer or two every day for weeks but haven't gotten any correct answers. It seems like answer-marking has slowed way down.
I agree that "trusted" members could get answers accepted if there were enough confirms.

I also worry about the dozens of my posts that have multiple confirms, are months old and have yet to marked as correct. We all know that porn links tend not to last long.
I think a good idea would be if the mods allowed posts with four or five confirms from users at level 15 or 20 plus to be automatically marked as correct. It would save the mods a lot of time.

I have a bunch of posts that have been confirmed for weeks now but havent been marked as Correct yet. Alot of them have been getting deleted because they been up of over 2 years now. So did I just waste my time answering those old questions valued at 600 points+ ?
C'mon...PLEASE?... I have No Confirm Button all the way back to my first day (579 answers) Am I being blacked-balled, or what? I'm wondering if I should even keep wastin my time here...THX
Hey Guys, I just noticed my Confirm Button suddenly went totally MISSING from @ 100 answer posts for past 2 weeks, What's wrong? How do I fix? And I was on a Roll !... THX !.... PS also my notification flag was gone too, but that works now... maybe related?

You can't upload a photo to NTP. You need to use a photo hosting service like imgur, or imgfap. Upload it there and then link directly to the image itself (ie. a URL that ends in an image extension like jpg, png, or gif.)

Some of your answers look good. I just confirmed a bunch. Now you just have to wait for an admin to accept the answer. That can be anywhere for a day to a week. Usually you'll get a batch approved all at once.
For the answers where you didn't tag the name: edit your comment and tag the name so the answer can be approved.

@Kingstweeter Even if you give the correct information, you won't be awarded points and level up without using correct syntax in your answer.

Can someone explain to me the process of leveling up and the points etc ? Cause i have given correct information to a few people and im not gaining point or leveling? Can someone shed some light on this topic ?

Go through my activity page, see which users accepted my answers and answer more questions from this users to reward them for marking things correct.
This would be both good for me, since a user who bothered to accept a correct answer once, will probably do so again.
It's also good for the site, since it will train questioners to mark the good answers they receive as correct and will make the solvers feel more rewarded as well.
Two things are preventing this workflow.
1) There is no way to tell if an answer was accepted by an admin or by the user himself. The user's activity still reads as "X accepted an answer Y." Could you please make these two cases have some sort of different indicators, either in the activity list or on the question page itself.
2) The list of a user's questions in his profile is a very, very inconvenient way to see what question to answer next. It doesn't indicate which ones have been answered. It doesn't show the pictures involved. I have to click on a dozen of questions at a time to figure out which one to solve next. What is needed is a page like "followings" but only for a user's own questions. It would be frankly much more convenient, since I've never figured out why I would want to look at another user's Followings page.
