Sorry for the sarcasm, but things are counterintuitive, and nowhere on the site explains why is there such button on post.
Actually, there are post that explain confirming, but these don't tell that the "thumbs up" button on answers are used for such. It may seem obvious for you, maybe not so much for newcomers (pun unintended).
As for how to get to level 5, I'm aware. In any case, thanks for getting the time to reply.

This is not a social network where we count and collect likes. The like button is only used to confirm answers. Sometimes the system slows down or links with links are repeated several times. What do you expect when you don't want to do a little work. Work on new answers to earn level 5 and the reward will not be late.

Two questions:
1- Why I can't like post or answers? I don't mean 'confirm', I mean giving a thumbs up to a question or answer. Whenever I try to do it, if I refresh the page, I can see my thumbs up wasn't registered no matter how many times I try. I've checked the level privileges, and it doesn't say anything about giving 'likes'.
2- If you go to my profile, you can see my activity (several times, actually...) that I "leveled up" to level 3, however, my profile still shows as level 2, so, what gives? Also, I didn't leveled up recently, in fact, the first time it shows that I leveled up was 10 months ago.

@20dkap Think twice before taking action. There is no going back. The best you can do is leave a comment which name is wrong. Supported by proof link.

@mdaka56 Read which level allows you to upload a photo directly. You can upload your chosen photo on this site https://postimages.org/ . Then copy the link from the image and post your question in NTP with an image link.

There is a mandatory 4 days after posting a response for the auto moderator. It's time to edit or add. Or to report a wrong answer. If you want your answer to be accepted immediately by an auto moderator. Post it in the confirmation thread after 4 days have passed since your reply was created. Affirmation is mutual respect.

This site forbids me from uploading images suggesting to use "supported tubesites" instead. Yes there's no "supported tubesites" list anywhere on this site. Why is this so retarded?

Try hovering your cursor over the comment. The delete button should appear. If it doesn't appear you probably need to be at Level 4.
