Report problem users
This thread is to address ongoing issues on this site involving "problem" users. The site is slow to respond to cheaters, trolls, abusive users, etc, but we can call out this kind of behavior or chose not to engage. I hope admin & mods who have the authority to arbitrate will follow this thread.
Please post users who:
1) Repeatedly delete their questions after receiving answers
2) Repeatedly post the same questions
3) Use abusive language and/or engage in trolling behavior
4) Clearly and repeatedly violate "community rules" as outlined below:

And if he prioritizes answering my questions, it's because he knows that I mark the answers fast (in some cases I "forget", but it's very hard for me to "forget") and almost always I mark his answers because they are correct and complete. Just like Jackgreen8's, which in addition to answering, usually even leaves comments in some answers that may have doubts about the origin or confirmation.
Many of your supposed "proofs" are answers that don't have the official link (which I usually ask in the post) or even without the correct syntax (as NTP requests mentioned in the forum rules)
