who is she??????

Her name is Mary (no last name given), a Russian (erotic) photo model and, as far as I know, not a porn star.

The picture was taken by Russian photographer Nikolay Duginov aka Nikolaj Duginow aka Duginoff, most likely in summer 2014. When you look closely at the picture -> left of her boob, you can see two yellow letters "ff." These are the last letters from his last name -> this picture wasn't properly cropped. The original photo looks like this:
