Who is this vintage star? I think this may have come out of a Private photo series (as I've seen smaller versions of this photo with the Private watermark), but that's as much as I've found out. Any clues?

She's identified only as Ulla and I can't find anything else on her.
Boobpedia identifies her as Mary, but all they have on her is this photoshoot.
