So why some new users say they can't ask a question is probably because they just can't figure it out.

Then there are new users who post their questions on this or other threads or highjack another person's post to ask their own question, both of which I find really annoying but I guess I know why now. Perahps this has been the case for a long time.

@Operator Must a new user answer question in order to ask one? And if so, is it necessary?

@Faptain_Nemo @tgwlapotd This is news to me. Most people who post questions are level 1.

Do I have to level up to post? If so how do I level up, or how long do I have to wait to post since it says new members can’t post?

Reverse image seems broken again, using Yandex or Google won't work.

This happened to me twice over two months ago right after I brought up that@Monu51781919 was cheating, making it look like I was the instigator. For reference, it's on this thread a few pages back.

This is more than a technical issue. And to be clear, I don't know who is responsible.

@zekkinommi was recently banned for spamming, so clearly someone is running the site. Why is cheating and abusive behavior allowed?

When I see an answer without proof. I just tell myself the next one. In one answer, all information must be visible and understandable even by a new user who today visits this site for the first time. And another complained why his answers with names and links from social networks were not solved for him. Well, it can't be done. A good answer is when you have names, title, proof. Universal proof is the site iafd.com How long will this take you? Finally a video. The longest possible free play video available. The trailer can only serve as proof.
