For sure the girl with a rose in the leg is Kacy Lane aka Kaci Lynn i can't identify the others though.
However after a search i found this video:

However, you won't find the picture in the video BUT there're some matches between them that made me think they are the same scene:
1) Kacy Lane is in the video and you won't find much videos of her with 3+ people.
2) Blonde, red head(the last girl) look very similar.
3) In the picture, Red head girl is wearing some kind of hat with a red accessory (look very closely). In the video we can check that she's wearing a bonnet with a red accessory.
4) A similar couch from the picture can be seen in the video ~1:04
5) In the video all the furniture looks rustic and shining exactly like the picture.
However, there's a 4th girl in the picture...but i still think that's the correct answer...
