Looking for specific video set in an office, with actors similar to this picture.

I don't remember as much of this video as I'd like, and am having trouble finding it. I believe I originally found it on Ceporn or Veporn. Many of the details are foggy and my description could be inaccurate.

It starts with a blonde woman sitting on a desk talking on the phone, to her boyfriend. When she is done, a man in a suit who looked a bit like Michael Vegas comes up from below the screen. He was eating her out while she was on the phone. He then gets a phone call, and the woman returns the favor by giving him a blowjob while he tries to talk to his wife. They proceed to do as porn films do. I believe at one point he takes off his tie and wraps it around her neck to hold her in place.

That is unfortunately all I can recall on the video. Any advice to where to look for it would be appreciated.
