Anyone know either or both of these women?

Seen a snippet of this a long time ago - the older woman is the stepmother and she misses her daughter after some time away because of a divorce or something. Scene stars with the younger girl getting a bottle of water from the fridge and after a chat on the couch, they go into the bedroom. If I remember correctly, the older woman has an European accent too.
