It seems this scene was first released on a (now defunct) German website called Party Sekt Und Rudelbumsen. When you put the url for the website into the wayback machine, you'll see that it was first archived in 2010. And this is how the homepage looked like in March 2012:

Now I found the full scene on a DVD (or originally on VHS?) by German distributor Purzel titled Drunken Zugeritten 14 (= Purzel-Video 248).

It seems that the DVD is from 2005 or 2009 - so the website Party Sekt Und Rudelbumsen might've been just a way to sell the same content online. Or the scenes are even older and were first released on VHS?!? I have no idea...
