Who is the girl in the image or a higher res/larger image?

Saw this floating around on some boards and now I can't find the original content or the poster. The link at the bottom goes nowhere. Please help, I know there's a higher res/larger pic somewhere and it has been eluding me for quite some time. Google and Bing reverse image searches are coming up empty.
