What's the name of this blonde actress with big boobs and a red dress?

I was watching a video on YouTube titled "President Horndog," and it featured her behind a Bill Clinton impersonator. Through my own research this was taken from "The Dana Carvey Show" in the 90's from the episode "The Diet Mug Root Beer." I don't think they credited her, so she might of been a porn actress/playboy model at the time.
