The model sits on what looks like a window sill in a room. The colour of the wood is dark beige / yellow-ish. With a very high likelihood, that's the same window sill that's visible in the original image above the blue-ish couch or sofa = it's the same room and the same model from the same shoot in both images.

Just for example - the model has a tiny mole under her right breast in image 3. Asami Sakanoue does not.

The cited blog post for proof includes a cropped version of the original image. It can't be taken as valid proof for the name as shown above - and there's no other proof besides this blog post given/known at this point. To the contrary, above images show that she is not Asami Sakanoue.

For now, the model remains unknown. Sara, the name given on the original upload, serves as a placeholder for the image. It's unknown if that's actually her name, so Sara shouldn't be accepted as her name.
