No, this answer seems to be wrong. When you put the website into the wayback machine, you can see that Babesalicious.com is only archived since the end of 2018. It seems to be a fake/front website for old material - this scene is older than 2018.
But the question is very interesting! Because I'm not able to find the original source after an exhausting search - so far, all dead ends. What I found is a movie with the title "Silicone Valley" from 2014, released by a studio with the name "Hot Mess Entertainment":
