No, there isn't. It came out at 720x480 (Maid Service, 2004) and there hasn't been a reissue.
There was an AI-upscaled version that was posted on Empornium (a private tracker), but because the original was fairly low-quality it still looked pretty blurry. Here's a frame that's been processed by an upscaler to give you some idea:

The edges get overprocessed and the low-detail areas stay muddy. A lot of the time it does really weird stuff with eyes and mouths and the result can come out worse than the original.
