Looking for video name, please.

I'm hoping against hope that you guys can help me to identify a flick I saw while in college (94-98). It was the first erotic film I had ever seen and it saddens me that I can remember so little of it. Here is what I remember (pardon any typos that remain since I'm not exactly sober at the moment).

The scene was a two-parter which began with two men (20s to 30s) entering what I assume is an apartment. I think one of the guys was telling the other (whom I believe seemed a bit shy or unsure of himself) that they were going to party with some girls. A girl enters the room (or is already there) and the more confident man begins to begins to talk to her. They soon begin doing what we all know is going to occur sooner or later. To the best of my recollection, they were doing it on the couch...all while the other guy watches in surprise (or horror). The shy guy remains until the scene is nearly over and there is no visible cum shot at the end, only very obvious satisfaction. The shy guy moves into another room toward the end.

The shy guy enters a bedroom which contains a cheerful (blonde or light brunette, I don't remember) girl on the bed. She giggles and pulls him onto the bed and points to the stars (I presume there is a skylight). They gaze at the stars for a while and then the girl asks, "Are we gonna do it?" When the shy guy asks, "What?" she responds with, "Sex. We made a connection."

She then removes her top and begins fellatio on him. He eventually responds. They sixty-nine at one point. Later on, as he is about to enter her, she essentially says, "Don't put it all the way in." He apparently doesn't obey because she grins and says, "Cheater." As they finish and collapse next to each other, the girl giggles again and says something like "What did you say your name was?"

Sorry. That's pretty much all I remember. I would really like to either find this particular scene or, even better, find the movie which contains it. Any suggestions?
