I've done more research on this and found a few things:
1. The original image is part of a set, probably amateur, probably early 2000s, with different faces, the faces in your version were sourced from other images.

- Found nothing on the left side (brunette)
- For the one on the right side (blonde with fake tits), there were some results. I believe this is also her:

Pimeyes led me to this (meaning, facial recognition), and while the tits are different (new fakes?) the pendant on her belly button piercing appears to be the same. So, in combination, (plus the trashiness factor in both) I think it'll probably be her. Still no name on her either way.
About your version with the fake faces, I put together the results here:
- left side appears to have done some non-nude / erotic modeling and had a site in the early 2000s called ShannonModel[dotcom], so we can call her Shannon, for what that's worth
