This is Alison Angel and these videos were in the series "Alison Angel and friends". Sadly these videos are very hard to come by, as she sadly aint viral anymore.

Easiest way would be to figure out the name of the friend, then find the videos. Problem also is, that the friend videos were always is multiple parts. First ones were they hanging out and doing stupid stuff, this GIF looks like one of them.
And those videos are very hard to come by as mostly videos currently uploaded, are the ones, where something actually happens.
