Her name is/was Kendall aka Xo Kendall - a photomodel, not a pornstar.

The photographer used to have a very active tumblr account that's now dead. Thankfully, the account was archived many times by the wayback machine between 2009 and 2017 - and the archive includes many of his posted photos.

I don't know what happened to her after this photoshoot - the old accounts, websites and links are dead. I can't find any other up-to-date info about her at the moment - she vanished... :-(

So far, I couldn't find any video. However, the photographer did have specialized photo galleries for "Flowers" and "Shibari" on his website. So, a video might have existed. And, apparently, there were accusations against him to be too rough to his models and to mis-use photos that he made of sex workers during his shoots.
