Her name is Pressley Carter. From what I could find, the choker on her is photo-shopped oddly enough, here is the picture minus the choker and without the filter with a few other photos of her: https://www.pichunter.com/models/pressley_carter~Mature
Now, from this photo and others from the same film, I was able to find the full copy of the video, however, it does not have the correct title I do not believe. Also, watching through the video, I cannot find the exact scene where she is in this position (perhaps I overlooked it), but this is the film it is from, the image was probably taken as a photo set only and not actually recorded.
