Who is this or where is the video?

despite it being faked (see@the_doctor 's xomments), on two websites her name is given as Megyn Kelly, which I assume is a reference to the American journalist, political commentator, and former corporate defense attorney.

This is so obviously fake, the scale doesn't match up at all. It is a face haphazardly placed on a head where the features do not correspond at all to where they should be.
