The first references I ran into dealt with her being a hair model. They I hit paydirt:

Unlike all other personal accounts that have used this photo on social media as an identifying image, "vk.com" is a Russian company with an accent on porn (although I am now learning it is not just about porn), so my first instinct was that she ("Ruslana Ostrovskaya") must be someone in the business.
But then there was this line: "Ruslana Ostrovskaya silently deleted her profile." Translating the page revealed very heavy thoughts, not what you would expect from a person in the adult biz. Yet when I ran an image search for that name, I had to conclude I was barking up the wrong tree. Back to the drawing board.
I think my first instinct was on the mark. She is a model for the hair industry. There are more pix of her, as you may see on this page:
