Looking for the source of this gif, commonly titled "Tittie dance".

I've been looking for this video for years; it's the one that got away. I remember seeing a part of it once but I forgot the name. If it helps, the location of the video was some kind of party and all the girls were nude, tatted and playing with each other. I remember a short guy being in the video as well and he was made to motorboat some of the girls. That's about all I can remember. Any help would be appreciated.
