@Jackenough - I don't know why someone would downvote you, when you specify that you were only giving some info to help the next person. that's not cool at all.

I don't think you will find the video of this GIF, because Kittens tried to delete everything and was fairly successful, since she was not that well known.

Here is what I believe is part of that video, but she did most of her stuff in this location and she may have used these stockings more than once:

This is Kittens from 4chan's /soc/ board as@fairlyghost said. It appears that she only made very few videos, since 4chan mostly does GIFs. This one does not appear to have a video.
