Her name is Betty, here with Mickey G - but it might not be her credited name of the first release. Because there are a lof ot open questions about this release that I can't answer so far - it's very difficult. :-(
The only place where I can find OP's clip (other than tube sites) is on Clips4Sale under the English title Blond Devil In Rubber Suit:
It was uploaded to Clips4Sale in August 2008, like almost all the other clips in this store, and no credits are given at all. This is definitely not the first release of this scene, because it's a German (vintage) movie. The first release was most certainly done by a German distributor.
That's all I can find about OP's scene, unfortunately. However - there's a very similar scene online that belongs to the same video shoot!

And that's it - I can't find anything else. Of course I tried to find OP's scene on Spekula, even on archived pages - nada. I was not able to find any more information about this - which is quite frustrating.
In my opinion, I mean, if I had to guess -> this is either a much older German movie released on VHS and then edited/cut/recycled and put on Spekula to make money online. Or it's a genuine clip that was produced for the website Spekula when they started their online adventure. This is my speculation - I can't find any proof.

Her name is not Lara, and the scene is not titled Rubber 2 - as you can read on OP's clip on XHamster. This is a mistake done by the uploader on XHamster, because the scene directly released prior and after this is titled Lara in Rubber:
