What is the name of the brunette(?) seen in the picture?

It appeared at the bottom of a RealityKings spread of images. I thought it'd be easy to find out, but there's no tag for "Jeans" there, much less torn jeans. RealityKings didn't show a "Photo Gallery", so I suspect it's from a video. Reverse Image-Search brought me nothing here, nor on Google. ANY info would be appreciated, but simply a NAME will be plenty to go on.
