There is no video, she is a (fashion) photo model, not a pornstar (as far as I know).
The picture is from a shoot with Ukrainian photographer Stanislav Rapach in 2017 in a beach club in Kyiv, Ukraine. You can see his tag/watermark "rapach.pro" on the picture, if you're not too distracted by other things... This was also the url of his official website, but it seems it's down at the moment, with all his other socials also looking old and discontinued.
