Her name is Bryttani aka Sunflower Kitten, his name is Anthony aka Man Of Steel. They were (and hopefully are) a real life married couple who shared nude pics and gifs on their respective tumblr accounts ca. 2014 to 2016.

OP's gif was uploaded in 2015 to his tumblr account titled manofsteelinsideher - it's deleted now. But you can still access the original post with OP's gif here:
