What's her name and where to find this video

The movie/scene is called Lexi Belle And Blue Angel - Behind The Scene
It was made in 2011 by Anal Acrobats and Evil Angel and features of course Lexi Belle (in the OP's picture) and Blue Angel

I couldn't find a free source of the whole scene; the best I could do was what seems to be whole scene in three parts (see below, first part of 'Some examples of clips')
The OP's picture appears to be a cut-off of a frame from the video, but it could be a separate photo (in fact I noticed that in one clip it appeared to a frame from the video).
