Here's what I have so far (in order of when it was found):
These two photos we can very much assume are the same person as the photo you uploaded

Doing some more digging, I thought this was Maricris Rubio, but this is unconfirmed (linked just in case I was right)

I found this one that I thought would be similar to the first set of pictures, but I have no way to prove this

I could get in contact with Mia and see if she knows the model she put on her cover, but judging by how it's literally a stock photo, this option might not lead anywhere. It doesn't hurt to try though, which is why I put my progress here in case anyone wants to pick up where I left off. It also may help if anyone wants to ask around the internet to see if they know the model personally, or even she herself stumbling upon it. Doing some research on Maricris Rubio may also lead to a farther answer.
