Where can I find this video?

Their names are Dominique Storelli (the blonde girl on the left) and Mayra Tinajero (the brunette girl on the right), here in a gif from a short clip introducing Dominique Storelli as one of the finalists of "Hometown Hotties 2011" in connection to a photoshoot for Maxim Magazine by photographer Eric Ray Davidson in November 2011.

Mayra Tinajero tweeted a pic in July 2012 that resembles OPs gif:
