Her name is Kelly Kaye - a photo model from Utah, USA - not a pornstar (I don't think she's active as a model anymore).

OP's picture is a digitally manipulated version of the original photo from a shoot in 2007 by photographer Implied Images (I think his first name is Frank):

So far, I am not able to find definite proof that this is Kelly Kaye in this specific picture. Because this picture and many others of her were deleted online and - unfortunately - not archived. The following 2 pictures are similar in many ways - but not OP's picture:
