For your info:

1.) The name "Skinny Skank" is definitely wrong. That's a description of her body in the title of the photoset - it's not a name.

2.) OPs pic is definitely not from the movie "Grandpa likes young teens" as you suggest. Just compare the guys: In the pics, he is young, has huge muscles, and has a tattoo on his right arm. On the cover of the movie that you provide, he is much older, has not as many muscles, and has no tattoo on his arm.

3.) You do not provide a link to a playable video as asked by the OP.

If you are interested in solving this and do more research, you can take a look at some other NTPs about her and a different scene with the same guy (his name is Randy Jones aka Win Diezel).

As far as I can see, the name Carina aka Brigitta, Brigitta Toth is indeed correct for this specific girl (based on her face and the birthmarks all over her body). But, so far, nobody was able to figure out the scene and/or the movie. And nobody could provide a link to a playable video of this scene - if a scene exists at all?!?
