Set from the defunct site bettie-b.de. I can't find proof for model name, some have suggested Katy and that could seem pausible as the images from the set are referenced 'akatxx'. However earlier questions on this site have been solved with the name Vivian Muir. The reference for the solution is no longer available, so I don't know if it was suggested that this was an alias for Katy.
