I've looked at that tumblr blog posted by the answerer, and the "Mrs Splani" person does NOT post her face, ever, and all their OC is watermarked "trouble and strife" (which stands for "wife" in cockney rhyming slang).
The "Mr" does post content by others occasionally. So that's presumably what this is.
