This is a bit of an odd one. In the trailer of the video in the OP, they are incorrectly credited as Chocolate and Vanessa Rain. My theory is that this scene was intended to be a scene of the DVD BBLT (Big Black Lesbian Tits), but for some odd reason it was included as the opening scene for the DVD Lesbian Lactation.
Comments on the PH video complain that the scene has nothing to do with lactation or pregnancy, so it seems that the scene was incorrectly added to the LL DVD.
The box cover of BBLT seems to support my theory.
