Their names are Teragarm (on the left) and Dylan Walker (on the right), in a picture titled Mei x D.va from a (cosplay) photoshoot by Ken Irons aka Notorious Photography (you can see the watermark in the lower right corner of OPs picture) in 2017.

They are both cosplayers - not pornstars!

From what I understand, OPs picture is a real-life re-creation of a fan-art image of 2 characters from the video game Overwatch, Mei and D.Va. This is the original fan-art by Rawrden on DeviantArt:

The facebook account "TeragarmCosplay" belongs to the girl on the left in OPs picture - she "plays" character Mei in the pic. In the notes to her BTS post, she credits both the other girl as Dylan Walker, who "plays" character D.Va, and the photographer Ken Irons. When you search for the name of the account, you'll find her "name" as Teragarm.

When you go on and search for more infos on their socials, you can also find OPs pic on instagram:
