Her name is Shea (no last name given), here in a picture from a photo- and videoshoot titled Shea and Shea II (also known as Cute Little Teaser I and Cute Little Teaser II), released in 2 parts on website FTV Girls in November 2014.

Notes:

Her name is not "Shea Li" or "Shea li" - on all official pages for the release, there is no last name given. I assume that this false name originates in a misinterpretation of the release url on the official website of part 2:

I guess that, reading this url, people falsely deduced "shea-ii" means "Shea Li" - but that's not based on all official material from this release.
