Who is this GODDESS?

This is the only pic I know about her. I just want to know the name of this beauty!

Update January 5, 2019 - After marking Jamie Laycock as the correct answer, I'm still very sceptical. The face in this picture doesn't match the pictures in the albums and social media. I'm so confused, she does look similar. But the first and second pics in the Picsart album appear to me as looking highly imitating. It's like the girl in the second pic attempted to pose like the girl in the first pic. The cross necklace doesn't look same, the iris of their eyes doesn't match. I know people would grow and have their looks changed naturally but there something so fishy about this. I can't believe its her. It could be some random model attempting to be this girl for publicity purposes.
