I assume it's from a movie that she produced, because I found this scenecapture from the movie Punished Property, released by Jewell Marceau Productions in 2013:

The red carpet and the beige couch are exactly the same as in OPs picture and the incomplete scene. But it's obviously not the same scene. It has to be a different movie - but I can't find it... :-(
