I commend you, Arkdx, for providing the name of the performer, keeping in mind making the job of potential helpers easier (but you are one of those helpers, judging by your score, so you know how tough it can be -- unlike the rest of our beloved questioners).
Never heard of Dita Von Teese, but I like her... looks like she has a touch of Betty Page going for her, and she's got some class.
It's going to be a tall order to single out wherever that GIF came from, because the Von Teeser isn't involved in regular porn, it seems like. Looks like she indulges a lot in what was called in the old days as "loops" -- or brief little teasing peeks into the world of depravity.
