Slightly Vintage / 90's-ish (British Avengers)

If I recall correctly, there was a movie of the softcore porn/erotic parody of British Avengers (John Steed and Emma Peel one). This was late 90's or early 00. I had borrowed it one of my friends, it came with a stupid magazine (same magazine had also given Zazel)

It may or may not be British Avengers, but I remember the starring actor with fedora and suit. Also I think there was some sort of secret cult/school involved.
